Kings waive Jeriah Horne, Sam Merrill and Alex O'Connell

The Sacramento Kings have waived guards Jeriah Horne, Sam Merrill and Alex O'Connell to set the roster at 17. Rookie guard Keon Ellis and second-year center Neemias Queta hold two-way contracts. Guard Matthew Dellavedova and forwards Chima Moneke and KZ Okpala were retained from the training camp roster.
